Elementwise Negative


Description

The elementwise absolute negative portion of an expression, -\min(x_i,0). This is equivalent to -min_elemwise(x,0).

Usage

neg(x)

Arguments

An Expression, vector, or matrix.

Value

An Expression representing the negative portion of the input.

Examples

x <- Variable(2)
val <- matrix(c(-3,3))
prob <- Problem(Minimize(neg(x)[1]), list(x == val))
