Apparent temperature

Index of the percived temperature.

at(taverage, w, vapor, data_names = NULL, time.scale = YEAR, na.rm = FALSE)

`taverage`	daily mean temperature, Celsius
`w`	average wind, m/s
`vapor`	water vapour pressure, hPa
`data_names`	names of each period of time
`time.scale`	month, season or year
`na.rm`	logical. Should missing values (including NaN) be removed?
