gOutputStreamSplice

Splices an input stream into an output stream.

gOutputStreamSplice(object, source, flags = "G_OUTPUT_STREAM_SPLICE_NONE", 
    cancellable = NULL, .errwarn = TRUE)

`object`	a `GOutputStream`.
`source`	a `GInputStream`.
`flags`	a set of `GOutputStreamSpliceFlags`.
`cancellable`	optional `GCancellable` object, `NULL` to ignore.
`.errwarn`	Whether to issue a warning on error or fail silently

A list containing the following elements:

`retval`	[integer] a `integer` containing the size of the data spliced, or -1 if an error occurred.
`error`	a `GError` location to store the error occuring, or `NULL` to ignore.
