Ends the drag operation after a drop.

gdkDropFinish(object, success, time = "GDK_CURRENT_TIME")

`object`	a `GtkDragContext`.
`success`	`TRUE` if the data was successfully received.
`time`	the timestamp for this operation.

This function is called by the drag destination.
