gtkPageSetupGetPageHeight

Returns the page height in units of unit.

gtkPageSetupGetPageHeight(object, unit)

`object`	a `GtkPageSetup`
`unit`	the unit for the return value

Note that this function takes orientation and margins into consideration. See gtkPageSetupGetPaperHeight. Since 2.10
