gtkPlugNewForDisplay

Create a new plug widget inside the GtkSocket identified by socket_id.

gtkPlugNewForDisplay(display, socket.id)

`display`	the `GdkDisplay` on which `socket.id` is displayed
`socket.id`	the XID of the socket's window.
