gtkRecentManagerHasItem

Checks whether there is a recently used resource registered with uri inside the recent manager.

gtkRecentManagerHasItem(object, uri)

`object`	a `GtkRecentManager`
`uri`	a URI

[logical] TRUE if the resource was found, FALSE otherwise.
