gtkTargetListAdd

Appends another target to a GtkTargetList.

gtkTargetListAdd(object, target, flags, info)

`object`	a `GtkTargetList`
`target`	the interned atom representing the target
`flags`	the flags for this target
`info`	an ID that will be passed back to the application
