gtkTextBufferCutClipboard

Copies the currently-selected text to a clipboard, then deletes said text if it's editable.

gtkTextBufferCutClipboard(object, clipboard, default.editable)

`object`	a `GtkTextBuffer`
`clipboard`	the `GtkClipboard` object to cut to
`default.editable`	default editability of the buffer
