gtkTextBufferMoveMark

Moves mark to the new location where. Emits the "mark-set" signal as notification of the move.

gtkTextBufferMoveMark(object, mark, where)

`object`	a `GtkTextBuffer`
`mark`	a `GtkTextMark`
`where`	new location for `mark` in `buffer`
