gtkTextIterSetVisibleLineOffset

Like gtkTextIterSetLineOffset, but the offset is in visible characters, i.e. text with a tag making it invisible is not counted in the offset.

gtkTextIterSetVisibleLineOffset(object, char.on.line)

`object`	a `GtkTextIter`
`char.on.line`	a character offset
