Creates a new GtkTreeModel, with child.model as the child_model and root as the virtual root.

gtkTreeModelFilterNew(child.model, root = NULL)

`child.model`	A `GtkTreeModel`.
`root`	A `GtkTreePath` or `NULL`. [ allow-none ]
