Sets the row that is highlighted for feedback.

gtkTreeViewSetDragDestRow(object, path, pos)

`object`	a `GtkTreeView`
`path`	The path of the row to highlight, or `NULL`. [ allow-none ]
`pos`	Specifies whether to drop before, after or into the row
