pangoAttrListInsertBefore

Insert the given attribute into the PangoAttrList. It will be inserted before all other attributes with a matching start.index.

pangoAttrListInsertBefore(object, attr)

`object`	[`PangoAttrList`] a `PangoAttrList`
`attr`	[`PangoAttribute`] the attribute to insert. Ownership of this value is assumed by the list.
