pangoContextSetBaseGravity

Sets the base gravity for the context.

pangoContextSetBaseGravity(object, gravity)

`object`	[`PangoContext`] a `PangoContext`
`gravity`	[`PangoGravity`] the new base gravity

The base gravity is used in laying vertical text out. Since 1.16
