pangoLayoutSetAttributes

Sets the text attributes for a layout object. References attrs, so the caller can unref its reference.

pangoLayoutSetAttributes(object, attrs)

`object`	[`PangoLayout`] a `PangoLayout`
`attrs`	[`PangoAttrList`] a `PangoAttrList`, can be `NULL`
