screening algorithms for SuperLearner

Screening algorithms for SuperLearner to be used with SL.library.

write.screen.template(file = "", ...)

`file`	A connection, or a character string naming a file to print to. Passed to `cat`.
`...`	Additional arguments passed to `cat`

Explain structure of a screening algorithm here:

whichVariable

A logical vector with the length equal to the number of columns in X. TRUE indicates the variable (column of X) should be included.
