Coerce a RasterArray class object to a list

The function will return the items of the RasterArray as a list (conserving the names of the elements in the stack).

## S4 method for signature 'RasterArray'
as.list(x, ...)

`x`	A `RasterArray` class object.
`...`	arguments passed to or from methods.

A list of RasterLayers.
