Methods for COBS Objects
Print, summary and other methods for cobs objects.

These are methods for fitted COBS objects, as computed by
cobs.
print.cobs() returns its argument invisibly.
The coef(), fitted(), knots(), and
residuals() methods return a numeric vector.
