Usage

bigPreDiv(prePopList, bs = FALSE, nloci, npops, popSizes, fstat)

Arguments

prePopList

A custom charcter vector to be parsed
bs

Logical resample indicator
nloci

Integer. Number of loci
npops

Integer. Number of population samples
popSizes

Integer vector. Number of individuals per sample
fstat

Logical WC calculation indicator
