Specify an interactive tree visualization of a tree learner

Julia Equivalent: IAI.TreePlot

tree_plot(lnr, ...)

`lnr`	The learner to visualize.
`...`	Refer to the Julia documentation on advanced tree visualization for available parameters.

Requires IAI version 1.1 or higher.

## Not run: iai::tree_plot(lnr)
