Usage

Details

The returned matrix has the following features:

• a double eigenvalue

• three nearly equal eigenvalues

• dominant eigenvalues of opposite sign

• a zero eigenvalue

• a small, nonzero eigenvalue

Value

Returns an 8-by-8 matrix with integer elements.
