  • area: the area of the region,

  • scrate: social charge rate (country level),

  • ctaxrate: corporate tax rate (country level),

  • gdp: regional gdp,

  • harris: harris' market potential,

  • krugman: krugman's market potential,

  • domind: domestic industry count,

  • japind: japan industry count,

  • network: network count.
