Get only headers from API

Description

Accesses the API with options to use the user-specific API token generated within neon.datascience user accounts.

Usage

getAPIHeaders(apiURL, token = NA)

Arguments

`apiURL`	The API endpoint URL
`token`	User specific API token (generated within neon.datascience user accounts). Optional.
