Mean distance to kth nearest neighbor

Description

Computes the mean of the distances from each point to its neth nearest neighbor.

Usage

nn(distmat, ne = 1)

Arguments

`distmat`	symmetric distance matrix (not a `dist`-object).
`ne`	integer.

Value

numerical.
