Calculate Power

Calculates the power of the model given the non-centrality parameter

calculatepower(X, L, lambda, alpha, degrees_of_freedom)

`X`	The model matrix
`L`	The parameter matrix/vector
`lambda`	The non-centrality parameter for the F test
