Unite multiple columns into one by pasting strings together
Convenience function to paste together multiple columns into one.
unite(data, col, ..., sep = "_", remove = TRUE, na.rm = FALSE)

quasiquotation (you can unquote strings
and symbols). The name is captured from the expression with
