transformIntensity-methods

Transforms intensities of an AbstractMassObject object.

Description

This method performs a transformation (e.g. sqrt-transformation) on the intensities of an AbstractMassObject object.

Usage

## S4 method for signature 'AbstractMassObject'
transformIntensity(object,
  method=c("sqrt", "log", "log2", "log10"))
## S4 method for signature 'list'
transformIntensity(object, ...)

Arguments

object

AbstractMassObject object or a list of AbstractMassObject objects.

method

used transformation method.

...

arguments to be passed to underlying functions. If object is a list mc.cores is also supported.
