Pander method for describe class

Prints a describe object in Pandoc's markdown.

## S3 method for class 'describe'
pander(x, caption = attr(x, "caption"),
  digits = panderOptions("digits"), ...)

`x`	an describe object
`caption`	caption (string) to be shown under the table
`digits`	number of digits of precision
`...`	optional parameters passed to raw `pandoc.table` function
