Pander method for summary.table class

Renders an summary.table object in Pandoc's markdown.

## S3 method for class 'summary.table'
pander(x, caption = attr(x, "caption"),
  print.call = T, ...)

`x`	an function object
`caption`	caption (string) to be shown under the table
`print.call`	(defaut:`TRUE`) if call should be printed
`...`	optional parameters passed to raw `pandoc.table` function
